Hi Everyone, hope you are all doing well and keeping up with your workouts. Here is my checkin for this week.
Sun, Hi Def Sculpt
Mon, Cardio Yoga (from exercise t.v.) and 3 mile walk
Tues, Cardio Party and 3.2 mile hike (up a mountain at a state park)
Weds, Firm Yoga
Thurs. 3 mile walk and upper body sculpt.
Fri, off
Sat, off
I had planned to workout today but that just didn't happen. I've been adding in Yoga and Pilates to my Firm workouts for cross training puposes and also to keep from overdoing it. I usually workout 5/6 days a week, and I have a physical job, lots of lifting and walking, so every couple of months I get wiped out for a couple days it seems. I had the beginnings of shin splints a couple of weeks ago, so last week I just alternated between Pilates (which is totally new to me) and Yoga. I was able to workout this week with no problem. So, although I wish all my workouts were Firm workouts, I feel I am still getting good workouts in and enjoying this new form of exercise.
