I received The Wave on Saturday and so far love it. I love the fact that I can wake up in the morning do a 20 min workout at 4:30 then do another one (20-or 30 min workout) after school. The 20 min workout did burn 125 calories (for me) so I consider that a plus. Right now I am starting all over unfortunately. It's fun and yes at first a little leery about the wave concept but once you learn how to move on it it's fun. Cindy
Sorry it took so long to reply but really wanted to concentrate on my med term class. No it's not difficult to use once you get the hang of it. The workouts are kind of short but perfect for first thing in the morning workout. Does still burn a few cals on me that is :) I find it fun. Cindy
