It's messy sometimes and is a long, but ultimately rewarding journey made up of small victories and accomplishments to be celebrated with many lessons to learn along the way. We want you to share those lessons, struggles and successes. Send us your fun, poignant or practical story about trying to lose weight as well as your tips for trying to live a healthy lifestyle.
