So, discussion time about our every day lives

Do you get to work out with someone (or a group of someones)?  If you do, how do they help you, or are they more of a hinderance?  If not, would you want to?  Why or why not?

I will answer first I guess :)  I do get to work out with a group, however it varies from day to day.  I participate in a group called 'inches-a-weigh' where it is a small gym group (kind of like curves for women) where there are appointments to go in, and a maximum of 6 people with a trainer.  They work with you on weight loss and everything.  I lost 30 pounds with them in 4 months before getting pregnant (you can't work out there when pregnant, so I didn't go for about 8 months), and have just started back with them again.  They really do help

I have a workout partner and we're also a part of a large group who check in once a week, talk about what we're doing and do everything we can to encourage each other. I'm not sure I could do it if I hadn't had a partner all this time. :)

I workout twice a week with my coworker at lunch and it makes the time go faster but I do notice that the two days that I workout at lunch by myself I actually work out harder cause I put my ipod and since I'm not talking I go faster. Twice a week I jog with my husband and he pushes me to go faster as I'm not a good jogger.
