after asking so much and telling you so much about my problems, there finally are good news i wanted to share with you!
the next few weeks will be a busy tough time, because college and exam stress really kills me, but compared to my last exams about 6 months ago, i realized a huge change.
in stressy situations i used to eat a whole lot, sometimes double as much as i needed just to get of the stress and calm down, but since i started walking i really got it under control.
now that the exam time arrived i realize i dont do that anymore. when i am stressed i just walk it away.
eating never helped feeling good a longer time, but walking calms me down and makes it even easier to learn.
so i am very optimistic to hold my weight or even lose some more pounds during this period.
just to let you know its not all bad and going wrong :-)
