Anyone up for a mileage challenge?
My other board(WW) is doing a challenge to lose 100lbs total for the board by the end of the year so I thought it would be fun to do a similar one here.
We can post our weekly mileage and I will add it up each week. If you aren't doing WATP right now we can use every 15 mins of exercise as 1 mile too.
How far do you think we can walk by the end of the year? Let me know if this sounds fun to ya!!
