*~* Week 1 Mileage Challenge *~*
Here is our first week of the challenge! We are trying to as a board get to 250 miles by the end of the year! We can do it!!
1) Anyone can join in even if you didn't sign in about being interested!
2) You can post your mileage everyday or once a week but post it here in this thread so I can keep track of it easily. I will post a new one for each week! I will post a tracker below my siggy too!
3) If you are soley using WATP or walking outside post your mileage....BUT you can also add any type of exercise you are doing.. 15 mins =1 mile! So if you do 30 mins of Tae Bo for example, you can count that as 2 miles for our challenge!
So post away, starting today, runs til Saturday!!!
