fitness..9 miles of walksbike,jogs...10 minutes of hulahoop, 5 minutes of stretchband for upperbody.
food...portioned meals, 6 cups of water...tsk tsk
fun...reading, watching the Da Vin Ci Code, reading
Arghh....only had 2 trick or treaters, less than last year.
