Travel Health Smart Ideas....

I think these are good ideas even if you are not travelling...what do you think?

Pack a snack..with unsalted nuts, grapes, baby carrots, granola bars, sliced apples.

Get moving...sitting for extended periods can cause muscle pain and stiffness and even blood clots. If you are driving, get out of the car and walk every 2 hrs.  On a plane, stroll down the aisle every hour.

Stretch It Out...stay limber and prvent circulation problems by stretching every hour. While sitting, raise a knee to hip height, hold for 2 seconds and then lower slowly as you extend your leg. Repeat 10 times per leg.

These are good for everywhere.
