Hey, I am new to the whole exercise and dieting routine. It has been a struggle because I have a bad knee. However, I have a bad knee because it is trying to hold 200 pounds on a 5'3" frame. So I went to Water aerobics at my gym. How effective is it versus other exercises. I didn't really feel like my heart rate was getting where it needed to be but my muscles were killing me the rest of the day. What classes are the best to take with low impact?
