Hey Scaredy Cat, I've recently been looking for a workout that tones me up as well - and that I can do at home. I recently found an article in Fitness that is for toning up your trouble zones - and most of the exercises don't use any equipment. Here's the link to the workouts - http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/workout/lose-weight/total-body/tone-your-trouble-zones-workout/ Let me know if you start to do them and they work for you!

Those are awesome and I like how they're broken into body part and that they're not complicated.  Even clumsy me can do them!  I'm going to start tonight!  Thanks a lot for the link.  SC

Great! I'm glad you like them! Let me know how they work out for you! While you're over there, you should also check out the Drop a Jean Size Challenge - they send out daily reminders and tips to do to keep you on track with your diet and workout.

I know that sometimes those daily emails get overwhelming, but their's are actually really helpful/informative!

Good luck with your workout tonight! :) And if you ever need a support/motivation buddy, just let me know!
