I just now saw the biggest ad page for this ....it mentioned one lady losing 30 pounds.
I guess it is different for different people. Hmmmm....I will just stick to what I do.

I went to the Mayo Clinic and researched it, and found that the average person who tries it loses 6 lbs. So, I guess if a person is susceptible to hypnosis, the sky's the limit.
True on that one. I guess one has to go for repeated hynosis treatments?
I'm not even sure I believe in hypnosis. I mean, does it really work for anything? Have you ever tried it? Is it real?
I have a hard time believe in it, so it may not ever work for me. But, then again, I do not know that much about it.
