 Yikes-apparently painful eating is the next hottest craze in weight loss. Check this out:

The "Chugay Tongue Patch" is a postage stamp-sized piece of mesh that Dr. Nikolas Chugay can surgically attach to your tongue with the goal of making eating painful.

I enjoy my food and rather portion and workout.

Why eat if it isn't going to taste great and be a good experience?
