I have kept at it for the entire month of September. I have been a bit slackish this past weekend but got back at it during my lunch hour today. I have completed 30 days and do feel stronger in my upper body and my belly is tighter. No change on the scale though. I'm okay with that because I wanted to shape up more than lose pounds.
I am gone at a seminar for the rest of this week, but my plan for the future is to make it a point to do either that DVD or another one 3-4 days each week. I used to exercise 4-5 days but then I had kids and haven't gotten back into the routine. I'm hoping this was the jump start I needed to get going again. I'll still let you harass me even though I completed my initial 30 days ;-)
The best thing I can say about my experience is that I'M SHREDDED!
