So I've decided I don't like the jump training in Level 3. My knees are very sore from doing all the jumps. I've started to not jump during a majority of the cardio except the squats. I also changed the rockstars (dislike them very much) to skaters so I'm still doing something and but it doesn't hurt.

Tonight is day 6 and I'm looking forward to having my 30 days in so I can be SHREDDED and do the DVD  4-5 days a week instead of 6-7.

On the bright side, my niece was over on Saturday and did the DVD with me. It inspired her to order her own and get shredded also. Yay for her!

The jumping hurts my knees when I do it more than a few days a week, so I know what you mean.

My niece is shredding also because I showed her my tape. She is almost finished with her 30 days. My MOTHER tried level 3 the other day!

Hey Dawnkuz,

How are you progressing? Have you noticed any toning, shaping or weight shifts? Are you happy with your results? Have you been doing this 30 days now?

I have kept at it for the entire month of September. I have been a bit slackish this past weekend but got back at it during my lunch hour today. I have completed 30 days and do feel stronger in my upper body and my belly is tighter. No change on the scale though. I'm okay with that because I wanted to shape up more than lose pounds.

I am gone at a seminar for the rest of this week, but my plan for the future is to make it a point to do either that DVD or another one 3-4 days each week. I used to exercise 4-5 days but then I had kids and haven't gotten back into the routine. I'm hoping this was the jump start I needed to get going again. I'll still let you harass me even though I completed my initial 30 days ;-)

The best thing I can say about my experience is that I'M SHREDDED!

ROFL! Way to Go you Shredded Chick!

What other DVDs do you have in mind?

The Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds Series is great, as are the 10-minute solutions.

But Jillian works you the hardest. I've seen the greatest results in shaping with her. My goal was to add definition to my legs. It's working.
