I was watching our local channel news and saw a reporter interviewing a company using

laser treatment  for zapping the fat from the belly, thighs, and back.

http://www.myzerona.com/

This treatment needs  to be done about 3 times a week for 40 min. The cost is expensive $3000.

One has to still maintain and control , diet, and exercise afterwards.

For me , I will just continue with my portioning, and workouts. If I was still overweight, it still would not
appeal to me.

That's an expensive treatment.

My worry would be that if one doesn't exercise and eat right, the fat would come right back as soon as it was zapped, don't you think?

I wonder if it really works? Maybe it could for some stubborn areas like cellulite on the backs of legs that just won't go away no matter how many deadlifts a person does?

It seems easier to develop an INEXPENSIVE fit lifestyle and keep it.

After watching the news report on that, I was thinking on those things too.

I wondered where the fat goes.

Yes one will have to do maintaining of the weight and inches with the diet and exercise. One

cannot just stop these.

They said a person can lose up to 10 inches.

It is costly though.

Wonder if it would really help the ones like my neighbor who has bad disintegrating spine, and sciatica, etc. and she is over 200 pounds. Her son is over 300 pounds at 18 years old.

Isn't the lapband surgery or other stomach shrinking measures more effective? I wonder what that would cost?

I have no idea on lapbands. My neighbor is considering this for her 18 year old.

I do not like operations and rather do my reducing with portioning and working out.

Unless I really needed the surgery.

Maybe it costs the same...I do not know.
