For many of us, our downfall when it comes to eating, is to snack on whatever’s in sight when we get hungry. Sure, we have busy lives, and when hunger strikes, it really strikes and we’ve just got to eat… right then and there. The calories add up when you’re not consciously thinking about what you’re putting in your mouth. Whether you’re an all-day snacker or someone who solely eats her three meals a day, it’s still easy to overeat.

The solution? Be a mindful eater by strategically planning your meals and snacks with whole foods that will help you stay full for longer periods of time. A low-fat, high-protein diet helps with that.

Well that looks interesting.

My weightlifting neighbor drinks the protein drink a lot.

Have you tried it?

I've never tried it. I honestly don't have a problem overeating; instead, I sometimes have a problem eating enough.
But some of this information is good stuff, don't you agree?
If I drink water during my meal, I don't eat that much. So, when I am really trying to pound down some food, I wait until AFTER I have eaten to drink.

Me, too. If I want to control, I drink water before each meal. I did this to lose too and it works for me.

It sounds like you are always working out. What is a typical daily schedule like for you? Do you have an outside of the home job?
