Am I the only one left?

Did everyone finish and move on to something else?

Please, check in and tell us how it's going.

This is my first day on the board and I just did level 1. Two months ago I did Level 1 once just to check it out but I had my Wii Fit Active which I like, so I was using that. Well I moved and I can't find the disk AND I am in a community wide Biggest Loser Contest and am in the top 10. So I wanted something more aggressive since the contest ends November 30th.

What kind of results have you had? Have you done the full 30 days? I am going to do this every day plus some Pilates. But not today--I am beat!

Hi Kerri,

Welcome to the board. So you are involved in a contest, huh?

Shred is the best video I've ever used for almost instant results. If you do it daily like she suggests and follow a modest diet, you will definitely see results.

Some people here have lots more than 25 lbs and some serious inches.

I am not trying to lose weight with it. I was instead trying to up my level of intensity. But, I lost almost 8 lbs immediately when I first started it.

It is a great program.

Are you sore from it?

I'm still here. I finished my 30 days and did the Shred 4.33 days last week. I started it on Friday, but one of my girls woke up from her nap early so I had to stop after the first circuit.

I'm on the fence on deciding whether to try to do the 30 days (10 days at each level) again or just do my original goal of 3-4 days per week just picking the level I feel like doing on that day. Such decisions.....

There is a community-wide Biggest Loser Contest.  I manage a restaurant and there's like four of us doing it seriously and three more doing it in support of us.  I'm not competitive unfortunately and am trying to be.  I just want to get back in shape really but I am trying to motivate myself to try for the money (I think it's like $700).  Although given the choice between $5,000 and being fit, I'd choose being fit.

I am mildly sore and definitely feel it when I sit down on the toilet.  My arms feel very sore when I do anything.  Working in the restaurant, having just moved (a lot of it myself due to my DH's hernia), and then the exercising I had been doing...I am not completely out of shape.  But everything I was doing was just keeping me at the same level rather than losing.  I am amazed by how much I sweat when doing it as I don't usually have that.  I definitely wanted to quit the first two days and today was a lot easier though I still wanted to quit (I hate those push-ups!)

I switched to diet soda and am eating a lot healthier.  I lost weight just by doing that so I am excited to see what I can do with this workout as well as adding walking and other exercises.

What is your opinion on doing the tape twice in one day when you know you will not be able to do it the next day?  I know I won't have the opportunity this Friday and another Friday in a few weeks.

Thanks,

Kerri
