It doesn't take lots of money and a fancy gym membership to get fit. Here are some excellent tips on how to work out inexpensively.

I never spent a lot of $ for my walks and other workouts. My bike was sitting on the porch all dusty and webby, so I used that. I did buy some hand weights, stretch bands, and dvds and a t tap book , but that was it. Oh and shoes.

Hey, another great signature. Love it!

I am a member of a gym, but its $500 for my family of 6 for the entire year! It's a small-town gym where everybody goes. I love it.

My other biggest investment are my shoes. I have good shoes because I know how important it is. I would recommend everyone invest in class A fitness shoes when they decide to become serious about working out. It does make a difference, don't you think?

I did not know that at first. My brother in law recommended for me to get runners shoes to get more padding

even though I am just a walker. I did that and geeee! What a difference in padding.  My first workout shoe

was a walking shoe.
