I just wanted to brag and feel good about my weight loss so far, I just promised myself that I am not going to do any fad diets to lose weight, but eat sensible and workout like hell and thats what I have been doing for almost about 3.5 weeks, doing 30 day shred for about 2 weeks now and walking/jogging for 2-3 miles everyday in addition to Jillians.

and....

I have lost about 5 lbs. And the best part is it is all tummy weight, I myself can notice a difference and I don't look like I am 2 months pregnant anymore...WooHoo!!!

You are totally on the right path. A sensible diet, a consistent workout plan and a positive attitude is what will get that weight off and KEEP it off!

Are you watching calories or just moderating portions and what you eat?

Thanks to both of you :)

I am not exactly calorie watching, but I used to be a rice addict and I have replaced all my carbohydrates with whole grains and excluded all junk snacks like chips etc. I have cut down unwanted soda and replaced that with water and I feel great so far

Hey! I see you followed me and are hiking the trail. Even if you walk in place with a DVD, then count your mileage! We just finished the Oregon Trail yesterday! It took a year. LOL
