I just wanted to brag and feel good about my weight loss so far, I just promised myself that I am not going to do any fad diets to lose weight, but eat sensible and workout like hell and thats what I have been doing for almost about 3.5 weeks, doing 30 day shred for about 2 weeks now and walking/jogging for 2-3 miles everyday in addition to Jillians.
and....
I have lost about 5 lbs. And the best part is it is all tummy weight, I myself can notice a difference and I don't look like I am 2 months pregnant anymore...WooHoo!!!
