This week isn't going all that week when it comes to weight watchers. This weekend was so busy with things going on and eating out. Now I have no flex points left and all the candy that baby girl got for Halloween is sooooo tempting! Today is a scratch so I'm going to try and salvage the day and stay on track for the rest of the night. I'm just having a rough couple of weeks! I think I might be close to my period that's why I've been so out of whack but that's no excuse! What does everyone else do when they have a few off weeks?

Well that was the whole point of going out with my 7 month old to get candy lol. I think I have an idea though. Maybe before Sandy goes to work I have have him hide it for me. :-)

I told DH to take it to work with him on Monday so it was out of the house.

I do not have that much willpower to have it sit in front of me. That'd just be cruel.

Take it one meal at a time. Look at your options, don't get too hungry, and back up. This is not about temporarily restricting your diet. This is about life long changing habits. Poor habits are gorging on candy. So, how can you stop yourself? If having the candy in the house is going to be too much, remove it. If you're addicted to crack, you dont keep it on hand, KWIM?

Change your situation to make it work WITH you. Place healthy sweet treats. Berries, etc.

Focus on prevention. If I get too hungry I lose my focus and it goes down hill. I MUST snack all day long to keep myself from thinking about food and being tempted to make a bad choice. Water consumption is a must for me as well. I am now drinking 2 - 3 water bottles a day. This is HUGE for me. I never used to drink water. Days where I drink it I'm much better about staying on plan.
