Share how you think you are getting such high weekly losses.

Are you using any of your flex points?

Do you find yourself just resisting hunger?

Are you exercising?

Anything you can think of that you feel is helping making this "work" for you?

For me, there really is no "science" to bigger weight losses. I do everything exactly the same from week to week and just seem to get lucky on occasion. I typically use between 10 and 20 of my 35 weekly points, which usually puts me at a point of having some sort of lose each week. Sorry I am not much help! :)
