So, I have taken a few weeks away...not for any real reason. Just laziness, a 5 month old that is teething, having problems sleeping, and eating non-stop. I just didn't feel like tracking or exercising. Lame, I know. Anyway, was watching "18 kids and Counting" yesterday afternoon while ds slept on me, and in the episode, the mom and dad went to a ww meeting. I thought it was interesting, so I kept on watching. The leader in the meeting made a comment that really hit hard. She told the group that she wasn't going to check their books every time they came in or anything like that. "But, if YOU don't OWN the program, it is not going to work for you." I thought that was so true, that I decided right then and there to change my wi date (I am doing online) and start fresh today. So...
weighed this mornng...156. Down 10lbs from when I first started! I was so excited...it was just what i needed to get my rear in gear to continue on and make my goal (about 15-20lbs more). I'm so glad to be back on THE board and back on board with the program! Thanks to you all for your help and motivation!!
