Oh! I didn't realize that they had started charging - that shows you the last time I attempted to do it! I'll look around, and if I find any other good programs online, I'll let you know! Thanks and take care!

I practice every morning, 7 days/week for about 40-60 minutes, between yoga and meditation. I've found Tara Fraser's YOGA BLISS very helpful, YOGA JOURNAL, and I also use YJ's DVDS MORNING, NOON, and NIGHT and YOGA FOR WELL BEING.

I sometimes practice in the afternoon, and I often practice 5 nights/week, using sequences from that month's YOGA JOURNAL.

It's made a huge positive difference in my life.

My schedule makes it difficult for me to take class as often as I'd like, although I found a wonderful studio just a few minutes away.

There are some podcasts I've found through iTunes. There is one by "Chaz Rough" with Yogamazing. It's informative, but but the guy talks too much and sort of disturbs the meditation part of yoga. I liked to watch w/o actually going through with it at the same time b/c he shows which poses to perform to reach certain goals. For example; yoga at the desk (Yoga for Geeks), improve posture, reduce stress, clarity, hip strength, improve memory, etc. I also found a podcast from YogaJournal.

My husband got a new iPhone from work so I got his old one that I use w/o phone services. Instead of calling it an iPhone we call it iMeditate since the majority of my apps are meditation, chakra & yoga. If you don't have a portable & if you have room near your computer maybe you can practice there? I do most of my exercise in my office.

I'm reading a book from the American Yoga Association, "Beginner's Manual" and the author stresses yoga is really meant to be done alone to reach its optimal effects. Maybe in time you'll find you prefer to practice at home? I got the book from the library so I'm going to write down the 10 week course it offers. I also have iPhone apps that show me hundreds of poses with directions.

May you find peace.
