I am trying to concieve. I have been recovered from anorexia for over five years. How can I find a nutirionist and obgyn to work with me, as a precaution, as I may feel stress over changes in my body and in my diet. I find it stressfull to be weighed in my Dr. Office. I need to be weighed, back to scale on the metric system ( for my comfort...and to ease stress). I am looking for more resources on the issue. I find plenty about women who have active eating disorders, but none for those well-recovered

Leg work...  You will have to talk to people, to doctors, to obgyn folks to see which one will work best with you.  It is perfectly fine to interview doctors and other professionals before signing on with them.  I recommend that you ask friends who they liked for doctors, which were sympathetic to special circumstances, etc.  You should also check out the mid-wives in your area.  They may be more aware of and sensitive to such issues simply because of the approach they take.  Good luck for a happy and healthy pregnancy.
