Can anyone out there tell me how much if any sodium (salt) is in a regular chicken egg??
Part of my problem is that I love eggs!!!!

My wife got some kind of word that there is to much to be included in my "salt free" diet.

One whole large egg has 70 mg. of naturally occuring sodium.
