ohhhhhh they all sound delicious,, but as soon as I get back to Munich (where I can buy ricotta cheese) I'm going to bake the first one,,, ricotta apple with maple glaze,,,   heaven...

which one sounds wonderful to you?

I haven't looked at all of them yet, but a few do sound interesting - the unfussy one, the best in the world, overnight cake (just apples & sugar) and YES, the ricotta maple one, too.  I'll wait till ricotta goes on sale.  It IS on sale  now, but not as cheap as it's been before.  I usually get a giant container & arent always able to use it all up before it goes bad, which is pretty soon after it's opened.  Now there's another recipe in which I can use ricotta.

 

 
 
 
Over time small steps make a huge difference.
 
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
