1 box stuffing mix
1 2/3 cups water
4 chicken breasts
1/3 cup sour cream
1 can cream of something soup
I say cream of something because I just use what we have in the house. It's either cream of chicken, cream of broccoli etc.
Place chicken in casserole dish.
Mix together the stuffing mix and water. Some brands come with seasoning packets. If your brand has a seasoning packet, mix that in also.
In a saucepan, heat the sour cream and soup. When hot, pour over chicken. Evenly distribute stuffing over chicken. Bake at 350 about an hour.
