.. at least for us, it is, LOL! And before you know it, it'll be Thanksgiving in the U.S. as well. Do you have any advice for slimming down the traditional feast, or do you just indulge as a special treat?
A little of both... I try to use low-glycemic index foods as much as possible (whole grains and brown rice, for example) and skim milk producst in place of whole milk products where possible.
I made pumpkin pie last year with fat free Carnation milk and Splenda instead of sugar - I could taste the difference, but our friend who was there for dinner and really, really loves pumpkin pie, said it was just as good as regular! : )
