I find myself cooking a one pot meal and eating 2-3 meals from that when I'm busy.

It saves time and stretches my food dollar plus just one pot to wash.

Do you have a favorite one pot meal?

I wish I did! I've only been cooking for 2 since we got married, and I don't have a lot of recipes in my repetoire. Oh....hey...does pizza count as a one pot dish? Haha.
