That must have been some BAD A** brew, Heather! But I am accused of making coffee and tea too weak. Try some decaf.
I don't make coffee much; but 2 gallons of tea a day is normal consumption. Just brewed, chilled, and unsweetened. I use 4 tea bags for a gallon of tea, so it's really not very potent.
Finnish coffee is known to be quite strong... I would maybe think of drinking decaf, but I feel that why bother.. It is sort of like non-alcoholic beer... What's the point? (Not that I drink beer, but it's a good comparison, imo.)
