Sorry Susan, I meant to answer you yesterday and forgot. I agree that calling can't hurt. I wish our HR resident expert Sandy was in town. She'd have great advice for you.
I am frustrated this morning. I cannot get into my AOL account. I can see the home page, but when I go to log in for AOL mail, I am told there is a log-in error. You all know it's blocked from my work now. If I can't get in it by 7:15, I can't get in all day. I asked who to complain to about the email blocking from work. I got this huge response, detailing how there is a law in state educational law...blah, blah, blah...they have been misinterpretting it....now they are reading it right and all 3rd party accounts must be blocked to preserve the safety of our kids while they are in school... What a bunch of crap. So, there is no chance of access returning since they are claiming it's a law. Mind you, this came from our state capital and it's happening state wide. The last thing I want to do is add an Internet package to my phone but it's looking like I am going to have to. I feel crippled in the day without it. On the up side, I'll be able to Facebook at work (legally) now. Ching!
