Spinach Dip

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 24
12 ounces fresh spinach or 10 oz frozen spinach
1 package whipped cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream

1. Steam fresh spinach or cook frozen chopped spinach. Drain well and chop if needed.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach with cream cheese and sour cream. Season with garlic and salt and pepper.

3. Top butter crackers with spinach dip.
