Always open. I thought about this as I shut the door last night to keep the cats out. I never shut that door. Makes me feel clausterphobic (spelling??).
Open, unless we have over night company...then I keep it just slightly cracked (for air flow like Sandy) just enough so they can't see in. If I sleep at other peoples houses, I always close it. I am such a light sleeper and hate light of any kind while I am trying to sleep.
