What's cooking tonight?

It seems like it has been forever since I cooked a full, multi-item meal.  We have had way too much spaghetti, pizza, going out for Mexican, and casseroles lately.  I miss real meals.  I laid out pork chops for tonight.  I am going to bake those, or maybe grill, and have mashed potatoes and green beans with them.  Can't wait.

We took out pork tenderloin yesterday for Ken to do on the smoker, but it wasn't unthawed in time. So I'll cook it today. Some type of potatoe with it and Ken's choice of veggie.

 

 

Well, whatever it is, it will be quick.  I plan on taking my coupons to Walmart to see what kind of bargains I can find.  Walmart does not put out a food ad, so you never know what sale they've got going.  I've been meaning to do this for a while now... I guess I'm going to have to make it a weekly thing since they don't advertise their sales (on food). 

I would like to get some bargains at Kroger too but I've got to research and see what bargains are out there. 

I am thinking probably French Bread Pizza (that I pray I have a coupon for! lol)
