Okay, I'm in, but for now, I'll just be trying to get some walks in each week. I am still not getting enough sleep to exercise regularly, I think. I spend most of every day so exhausted that I fall asleep if I sit still for too long. I think my body might rebel if I ask it to do anything more than walk for now.
But I'm going to get a scale and alter my food intake to try to supplement my walking. I would lose weight if I just stopped snacking so darn much during the day - occupational hazard:)
Of course I'm saying this right after I ate two chocolate truffles. Doh! Plus a mini snickers this morning and a handful of skittles at lunch... st*pid halloween candy!
