Alrighty, here we go. I thought I'd start what Daisy has suggested.

I figured we would start a new thread each Monday for a new week. Sound okay??

Log your work-out routine for each day...list the date and what you did for that day.

For the week of November 2nd through to the 8th

Today, November 2nd I did my Shaun T  DVD of Hips Hops Abs - Total Body Blast total time of slightly over 40 minutes. Then I finished up on my treadmill for  20 minutes jogging to make for a total of 1 hour workout.

Okay, I'm in, but for now, I'll just be trying to get some walks in each week.  I am still not getting enough sleep to exercise regularly, I think.  I spend most of every day so exhausted that I fall asleep if I sit still for too long.  I think my body might rebel if I ask it to do anything more than walk for now. 

But I'm going to get a scale and alter my food intake to try to supplement my walking.  I would lose weight if I just stopped snacking so darn much during the day - occupational hazard:)

Of course I'm saying this right after I ate two chocolate truffles.  Doh!  Plus a mini snickers this morning and a handful of skittles at lunch... st*pid halloween candy!

I walked this morning for 1 1/2 hours with a total of 9168 steps.

Sure Chrissy start the accountability the day AFTER I work my butt off in back to back water aerobic classes!  ROFL!

Ok - for today - Got home from work started dinner then did 30 minutes on the Lifecycle.  I now am going to iron for about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.  Does that count?
