Hello :) I have a book called "Eat Right For Your Type" that talks about this... It's been a long time since I looked at it though. I am also type o blood type (O-positive) and I have noticed that I have a sensitivity to wheat. So much so that I suspected I had a gluten (wheat protein) allergy. This makes sense for me personally, but I have no idea if it is medically correct or not. I suppose you should try to take cues from your own body and see what works for you. As for me... I am cutting back on wheat and carbs all together because it makes me feel SO sluggish! Best wishes to you! I can dig that book out if you want more info. on foods for the O type. I believe they are broken down into good/neutral/bad foods for your blood type. ~Kristina
