Greetings to all! I am new to this chat room and am hoping to find some support!! I am in my twenties and have battled food and weight fluctuation for as long as i can remember. I am determined to lose it for good now and am hoping there is someone i can stay in touch with who wants to be successful with me. Whenever i eat smaller portions and give up snacking is when i feel the best. these are small introductions i will adapt into my diet and i know they will bring me success. only problem is i need support. whoever wants support just let me know and we will help each other become successful!!

Hello! I'm new here as well. I'm in my early thirties and have a 3 year old son. I'm completely determined to lose this extra weight for good... I would love to keep in touch and cheer each other on! ~Kristina
