Well, I just stumbled about this. I've been in not good relationships for a few years now and they haven't done much for my health or motivation. Compared to my family, I've always been the "big" one and now they feel they were right. But recently I met someone who has been wonderful for me. He's an outdoorsy, healthy-eating type of guy. I get to meet him in a little less then two months on the sunny beaches of florida. well, if that's not Goal-Worthy I don't know what is. So I was at 165# a month ago. I did the easy things first and gave up all the soda i drank in exchange for water. I also gave up a lot of junk food - don't even keep it in the house. Last time I weighed myself I was down to 155# so i'm on the right track. I would -like- to reach 130# or so by the time i go down there so any support would be great!
