My company recently terminated an employee who then sued the company. Several co-workers keep in contact with him still and went to his wedding. One of them posted a picture of the fired person and all of them from his wedding in a common work area. I feel this is disrespectful to the company and all of the current employees who work hard. If these poeple still keep in contact, they should keep it personal and not bring pictures to work. Any opinions?

I don't think it's wrong to post pictures of a former employee who left the company in good standing. There's a picture of me hanging up in the breakroom of a company I left two years ago (I was on a business trip there last year and tried to take it down and they wouldn't let me). But if the person in question was fired and then sued the company? Weird. Unless the lawsuit was completely justified and the termination was not.
