I had to take a new coworker to the Brown-Heatley building, so we decided to time the trip in order to lunch at the Triangle.

Across the drive from Mandola's is Yume Sushi. We arrived just as it opened for lunch.

There, you can get a Bento lunch served in a Bento box. My box included salmon carpaccio on a bed of greens and radish sprouts, seaweed salad, miso soup and green tea ice cream garnished with a bit of spun sugar lace. My coworker's box contained some vegetable tempura and a grilled chicken dish (I think katsu, but don't hold me to that). Lunch was reasonable - around $12 - $14 for each of us (she had iced tea). Yummy Yume!

Service was nice, although I could barely understand what our server was saying because she spoke so softly. The decor is modern and attractive.

This is the Triangle, yuppie-land, LOL! But, if you happen to get out that way, check out Yume Sushi.
