Does anyone know of a website that gives some instructions for crafting a vintage style fabric covered photo album like the one below?  I have found them for sale but none with instructions and pictures....Thanks for any suggestions!

Hello and welcome to the board.  We are always happy to have new faces around.
Here are a few links that might help.  I just searched the internet for "how to make a fabric covered frame" and these are a few of the sites I found.  If you make a frame and use the same techniques for the book, then adhere the frame to the book, it should work.  Good luck, hope this helps.  Let us know how you do.

Adding my welcome and a suggestion/question or two.

You can hem the fabric before covering the heavy cardboard, poster board or wood....or simply fold it under and glue it down. Then, glue another folded square of fabric over the "hole" left or some matching or complimentary paper.

Drill your holes AFTER you have covered it and trim any stray threads.

You might find vintage pictures by googling that topic and then images....

Is this for your own use or for a gift? Great idea for gift giving! Glad to have you with us!!!
