Thanksgiving is just around the corner and we'd love to know: what does Thanksgiving mean to you? From grandma's pumpkin pie to sitting down to a big family dinner, what are your favorite Thanksgiving moments? Tell us about your best Thanksgiving memory, a family tradition or that special dish that makes the day complete. If only a picture will do your holiday table justice, post it here and let us see how you celebrate!

Your story may be used in an upcoming iVillage Thanksgiving feature.

Thanksgiving is a holiday that generally brings us all together.  This year will be a little different, and we will be celebrating later than usual since our youngest will be home on the 30th after a 2 year church mission.

We're also using a theme this year and the theme is No Empty Chairs -- celebrating family near and far and including pictures of close to four generations on both sides of our families.   A couple of years ago during our remodel, I took down most of our pictures and just hadn't ever gotten around to putting them back up -- They're going back up this weekend and in our dining room as a reminder that family is important and how grateful we are for each member.  We now have 4 grandchildren blessing our lives and we'll be seeing all of them at some point between Thanksgiving and the New Year!

I've also decorated a Thanksgiving tree with pictures of our family, a few heart ornaments and some paper ornaments.  There are also a few empty horns of plenty that will be filled with words of gratitude during the month which will be added to the mini family Gratitude album I've already got started for this year.
