Can anyone explain whether feet facing the balcony door is as bad as facing the bedroom door. I use the balcony door (south) every day to sit out by not to enter the house. Can this be remedied somehow as I have no other place for my bed.

Hi and welcome to the board! If there's no other way for your bed to face, you just have to compensate. It's just as important to be able to see the balcony door from your bed as the bedroom door, and I hope your home is safe and secure.

Are you able to get a view of the door to your bedroom, either in a mirror or at a  comfortable angle while you're in bed?

I must have expressed myself wrongly but my bed in actually in the coffin positon with the balcony door while the bed itself leans on the opposite wall where the main door is. The room is small enough and however you turn, you either hit the door with your feet or with your head. I am facing the balcony door as I lie in bed and my feet are 1,5 m away from it. I even switched rooms because the previous one was missing the upper right corner, the L shaped room. Basically, my question is whether the balcony door has the same impact as main door and should I block it with a plant? Thanks for your reply. Vanja
