Thanks everyone!
I got it cleaned up just fine. Luckily, there really wasn't too much, and it was one of the "fresher" bags. It was pretty shredded, which I'm guessing was the work of ravens. We're also required to double bag our kitty litter waste, and one of them was torn open. I left the can for DH to rinse out, it looked like it had a popcorn ceiling treatment done with used kitty litter!
No bear sightings, which is great. This time of year, about 90% are tucked away for the winter, but I was still worried with Halloween coming up at the end of the week. The last thing I wanted was to have a garbage attracted bear wandering around with the kids in the street! We're guessing it was either ravens that did it all, or a collaboration of a large stray dog and ravens. I know I've seen a black lab wandering around untethered before, but the ravens are also very resourceful with garbage cans here.
It was such a packed week for me, but I actually did make the time to take a quick bubble bath. I think it was on Wednesday or Thursday, though. I also drove down to the glacier on Friday morning and took about ten minutes to just be still and reboot. I enjoyed that more than the bath, actually, there was a bald eagle nearby that was so enjoyable to listen to. It was like a songbird, very melodic. Not to mention, I always find the idea of a bath much more relaxing than the execution of it. I get bored very quickly, and am uncomfortable(especially now!) because half of me is always cold due to tub sizes now. I'm not even close to what people would call tall, but I always feel like a cartoon character when I take a bath.
Anyway, everything is fine now. Last week is over, and I can start getting back into easing into my routines. Still some cleanup from the party Saturday, but nothing that can't be taken care of in two 15 minute session, maximum.
