(((devorah)))
I have been doing the lists for a very long time. For me if it is not organized it just does not work for me. I have done many years of hand written lists and checking them off and that work ok for me. My current system works better for me.
If you look and watch more carefully....many weeks I don't get done what I want to get done. I can site last week and this week (assembling my paint supplies) did not get completed, I don't freak out I just keep it on my list and wait until I can get it done. Now this week Tues /Weds both kids have off from school and my schedule reflects that ...much less on list.
I look at what YOU were able to get done and it makes me smile. You are flying. It does not matter what your lists looks like as long as you baby step it and keep at it . You will be pleasantly surprised- the act of walking into a room and smiling because the room making you happy because it looks a little more nice ....I call those my smile rooms.
My life in general with (a developmentally disabled child/and a teen boy who resents time and effort spent on daughter) is so chaotic ....my way of dealing with it is to try and be an methodic and organized as possible. I used to give up and live in the what I thought was the natural state of our home with kids. I fight it now armed with my beuatiful lists and backfire on me more times than you will ever know.
Please do not look at my small form of perfectionism and think that you need to try and make the flybaby system work for you in the same way. I think the beauty of the system is that you can work it the way you need to do and what makes sense to you.
(((((Devorah)))) you are doing great!!!!
