I just bought a used kitchen hutch/cabinet and would like to clean and sanitize it. It's inexpensive veneer-on-pressboard, but the veneer is in pretty good shape, so I don't want to bleach out the finish. What should I use on it?

There are some ideas here How to Clean Wood Veneer - my first instinct would be to try using baking soda ona  damp cloth to remove any grease film and then see what the veneer looked like. Does it have handles etc that can be taken off so you can clean aroudn them?
