Welcome to the board!! Not sure if I'm too late or not, but I'll throw my .02 in anyway.. I agree with the previous poster. When we first moved to San Antonio we stayed at the Residence Inn for 2 weeks and we really enjoyed it. We had a kitchen area so we didn't have to eat out every night and we were close enough to the mall that we could walk there, even with two small children. It was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly, and it wasn't overly expensive! I would definitely recommend it!
