Am I the only one who has trouble deciding what to do next?  Right now, I've got two "pressing" needs...

  1. Crib 'ghans and maybe a crocheted throw to put out for sale by the Friends of the Library at our Vendor Day sale (11/14)
  2. Hats, hats, and more hats!  After having made & donated 150 of them (70 or so to a women & children's shelter, 80+ to a soup kitchen), I emailed several other shelters and service organizations, asking if they'd accept donation of hand-made hats.  So far, four have answered in the affirmative.  One asked for 100 adult hats, another asked for 50 but didn't specify the size.  Two others said that they'd happily take them, but didn't say how many or in what size.

So much yarn, so little time!  LOL

Well it sounds like you have a deadline on the crib-ghans and throws so, if I were you, I'd start there.

And then I'd make a resolution to stop calling around until you get those additional hats done! My gosh, woman, do you sleep?

Yikes! You sure do have a lot on your list!

I think I agree with Carol that I would work on the ones with a deadline first.

Just curious about the hats -- do you use the same pattern for all of them or do you mix them up? And about how long does it take you to make one?

I have a basic pattern, but I try to make them each a little different by making the "brim" a different color or different stitch, adding a stripe or two, etc
