Hey sorry for the late response, my computer is just now behaving (Mutters about silly hunks of metal). ANyway, I wish I had some guidance for you abotu what you should do. However, The last time I moved it went fairly smoothly, so I can help if you decide to.

AS far as the areas you are looking to move to or the field of work you are looking to persue, I have worked in a daycare before as a peaon, but that was down here in the states a couple of years ago so it may not be of much help to you.

I wish I could do more to help you.

I live in Ontario but my dad is from BC.
My personal favourite place would be PEI but that's because I fell in love with it when I visited.
I would maybe contact local Chamber of Commerce and ask about re-locating.
I was in New Brunswick and also Nova Scotia to and Quebec but the only place I didn't get to check out was Newfoundland...my bil is from there and my sister lived there for a little while.
Where they lived the population was less than a 1000 people.
Crime and violence unfortunately happens in both large and small communities.
Do you have friends or family in another province?
Maybe if you can take a vacation and check out a few places before deciding on moving there it would give you a better idea if it's somewhere you would love to live and work.
Sounds very exciting.
:)
