I've been craving greens, I love seasoned greens, with butter, I have no idea where or when I'll get them.

I don't like all greens, just a few specific.  Escarole is my favorite.

I make Zataran's Red Beans & Rice quite often for my family.  They like it with ground venision breakfast sausage in it.  I won't eat it (I don't "do" venison).  They also like the Jambalya too made the same way.

We used to have red beans and rice with kelbasa or smoked sausage. We liked lots of hot sauce with it too.

Would you try it that way?

Yum!  That sounds good with kielbasa.  My kids love kielbasa!  My mom always fried up potatoes and onions with kielbasa in the electric fry pan for dinner when I was growing up.  These days I buy it occasionally to go with breakfast (same idea, different meal I guess).  I like it grilled too.

It is delicious, we cooked the beans with onions,  a ham hock and kielbasa, then served it over the rice.
